Banana Chocolate Muffin


Salam..wt kek pisang ni hr selasa lps..tgk pisang yg bwk dr kg tu cm da lebam je..kalu x d wt pape gamak nye ke tong la jawabny..trus ak godek2 jd kn kek..sedap, gebus..mkn time panas2 lg la best..rse die cm kek yg beli kt kdai tuh..ak suke sgt kek pisang keluaran SAMUDERA..penah terpikir cmne le nk wt kek yg cenggitu..hr ni baru jmpe..da lme tgk resepi kek ni kt umh kak Rima..puas ht sgt dgn hasilnye..senang lak tu nk wt ny..bwk p opis..kwn2 pn kte cm bli kt kedai je..len kali nk gne resepi ni je..xmo tuko2 da..hehehe..meh tgk resepi..

Ingredients:
250g butter
3/4 cups castor sugar - ak gune 1/2 cup je
2 cups SRF
5 eggs grada A - ak gune 3 je
1 cup mashed bananas - ak gune pisang restali
1/2 tsp BS
1 tsp EV
150g semi sweet cooking choc - ak gune choc rice


Method:
1) Preheat oven AT 175C. Sieve flour.If not using self raising flour you can use plain flour +1 tsp baking powder
2) Add bicarbonate of soda into mashed bananas and mix well put aside.
3) Beat butter till white and add in sugar. Beat till sugar dissolved.
4) Add eggs one by one beat till creamy.
5) Add in vanilla essence and mashed bananas, stir well.
6) Fold flour bit by bit till finish.
7) Add in chocolate and fold again slowly, don't fold too much as the chocolate will melt.
8) Scoop mixture into muffin cups and bake for about 15-20 minutes or till cooked. (I baked mine for 60mins using 8x8" cake pan)

Portugese Egg Tart


Portugese egg tart bole..Macau egg tart pon bole..bende ni femes gile kt Macau nun sne..salu bli bnde ni kt Bakers cottage..tart kire antara favourite ak la..hr ni bru dpt wt sndri..jenuh gak cri resepi die..dok blog walking tjumpe resepi ni kt blog Citarasawan..trus salin..kt fp kak Rinnchan pn de..ak ny pastry ni bli siap je..bli jenama KAWAN..nk gelek sndri malas..punye la susah nk cri pastry ni..kt Tesco bru de..bwk blik umh mak mentua sket..buah tgn la kunun2 ny..len kali wt nk nipiskn lg la die ny pastry..lg sedap sbb garing je..jom tgk resepi lak..


Bahan2:
120g castor sugar
5 biji kuning telur + 2 biji telur (dipukul rata, tapis)
280ml whipping cream
2 sudu besar tepung jagung + 3 sudu besar air (larutkan)
1 sk Ev
1 sk jus lemon

Puff Pastry 1 packet-375 can make 10 biji (cup muffin

Cara2:
1) panakan whipping cream dan gula hingga larut di atas api sederhana
2) masukkan telur yg dipukul sedikit demi sedikit sambil kacau perlahan2
3) masukkan larutan tepung jgung dan kacau lg hingga jadi pekat. tutup api dan ketepikan dulu..
4) panaskan oven pd suhu 200c
5) canai bulat kulit pastry dan tekan dlm acuan tart..cucuk dasarny dgn garpu.
6) Tuang adunan dlm acuan hingga 3/4 penuh.
7) Bakar selama 25min / hingga perang
* ketika dibakar adunan akan mengembang

Red Velvet Cake

Hepi besday to u..hepi besday to u..hepi besday to my hb..hepi 27th besday lalink!!da tmbh tua suda..hehehe..kek ni special bake tuk my lalink..tp xde la special mne..nme atas kek pn tarak..huhu..xdan kot..da lme nk wt kek ni..akhirny decide nk wt mse besday hb..1st attempt..alhamdulillah menjadi gak..resepi amik kt Joy of Baking..pastu ade nmpk kt umh kak Yat Maria..tgk resepi sme je..pa lg..godek2 la kt kitchen..kek ni len sbb pkai cuka..nk tgk la ape jd kt kek kalu gune cuke..hasilny gebus la kot..sbb ak xtau pe fungsi cuka tuh..huhu..kek ni sdp sgt..nk2 ad ecis lak..mabeles la..tang cis tu keras sket pasal lupe nk bli whipping cream so ak sub kn dgn susu segar..tu pn ltk xbyk..bajet cis tu dpt byk la..rupeny idak..lgpn mmg slh ak..ak wt half je dr resepi asl..huhu..

Ingredients:
250g sifted flour - (ak gune 200g)
1/2 tsp salt
15g cocoa powder
113g unsalted butter
300g granulated white sugar - (ak gune 200g je)
2 large eggs
1 tsp EV
240ml buttermilk - (ak gune fresh milk + 1tbsp lemon juice)
2 tbsp liquid red colouring
1 tsp white distilled vinegar
1 tsp baking soda

Cream Cheese Frosting:
227g cream cheese, room temperature
227g tub of Mascarpone cheese, room temperature
1 tsp pure vanilla extract
115g icing / powdered sugar, sifted
360ml heavy whipping cream


Method:
1) Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) and place rack in center of oven. Butter two - 9 inch (23 cm) round cake pans and line the bottoms of the pans with parchment paper. Set aside.
2) In a mixing bowl, sift together the flour, salt and cocoa powder. Set aside.
3) In bowl of your electric mixer,or a hand mixer, beat the butter until soft (abt 1-2 mins). Add the sugar and beat until light and fluffy (about 2-3 minutes). Add the eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition. scrape down the sides of the bowl. Add the vanilla extract and beat until combined.
4) In a measuring cup whisk the buttermilk with the red food coloring. With the mixer on low speed, alternately add the flour mixture and buttermilk to the butter mixture, in three additions, beginning and ending with the flour.
5) In a small cup combine the vinegar and baking soda. Allow the mixture to fizz and then quickly fold into the cake batter.
6) Working quickly, divide the batter evenly between the two prepared pans and smooth the tops with an offset spatula or the back of a spoon.Bake in the preheated oven for approximately 25 - 30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center of the cakes comes out clean. Cool the cakes in their pans on a wire rack for 10 minutes. Place a wire rack on top of the cake pan and invert, lifting off the pan. Once the cakes have completely cooled, wrap in plastic and place the cake layers in the refrigerator for at least an hour (or overnight). (This is done to make filling and frosting the cakes easier.)

Cream Cheese Frosting:In the bowl of your electric mixer, or with a hand mixer, beat the cream cheese and mascarpone cheese until smooth. Add the vanilla and confectioners sugar and beat until smooth. Using the whisk attachment, gradually add the heavy cream and whip until the frosting is thick enough to spread. Add more sugar or cream as needed to get the right consistency.

Assemble: With a serrated knife, cut each cake layer in half, horizontally. You will now have four cake layers. Place one of the cake layers, top of the cake facing down, onto your serving platter. Spread the cake layer with a layer of frosting. Place another layer of cake on top of the frosting and continue to frost and stack the cake layers. Frost the top and sides of the cake. Can garnish the cake with sweetened or unsweetened coconut.

Donna Hays Chocolate Cheesecake Brownies

Panjang tol nme mknn ni kn??dala cheesecake..brownies lg..teramat la sdp..mmg xrugi kalu try this recipe..wt ni mlm td sbb nk mengabiskn stok cheese..nk wt ny senang je..nk mkn ny lg la sng..tnggl ngap je..hehe..amik resepi dr umah sis Rima..skrg ni suke sgt p sne..byk resepi yg mmg ak akui sgt la best..d akui psl ak da try ye..kt bwh nun ade recipe ny..




Ingredients:
185g butter, melted
1/4 cup cocoa powder, sifted - ak gune 25g
1 cup caster sugar
2 eggs
1 cup plain flour

Cheesecake
285g cream cheese, softened & chopped
4 1/2 tbsp caster sugar
2 eggs - ak gune sebiji je

Method:
Preheat oven to 160c
Place butter, cocoa powder, sugar, eggs & flour in a bowl & mix well till smooth
Spoon into 8" square slice tin line with GPP
To make a cheesecake; process the cream cheese, sugar, egg in mixer till smooth
Place large spoonfulls of the cheesecake mixture on top of the choc mixture & swirl with the butter knife
Bake for 45 mins or till set

Selamat petang sume..Congo Bars ni projek mlm Deepavali..gare2 xtahan tgk gambo Kak Rima..pastu tgk rmai lak yg da try..ak pn pe lagik..nk try gak la..sedap woo..sedap tahap gile kot..hehehe..Congo Bars ni bole d kategorikan sebagai Brownies + Cookies = BROOKIES..hehehe..mse dok bake ni hb call..tnye ak dok wtpe..dgr je ak kte Congo Bars die trus ckp Afrika mari ke??msti die dok imagine yg itam2 je..hahaha..u're wrong..kjadian nye idak la itam sprt yg d sangkakan..hehe..next time kalu wt
lg kne reduce kn lg gule..ak gune 280g pn still manis..jom tgk resepi kt bwh ni..tp ak mls nk translate..sorryy!!!


Ingredients:
2 3/4 cup all purpose flour
2 1/2 tsp baking powder - ak letak 2 tsp je
1/2 tsp salt
2/3 cup butter, softened, used 150g Anchor butter brand
1 lb. light brown sugar -used 320g, ak gune 280g
3 eggs - ak gune 2 biji je
1tsp vanilla
11.5 oz package milk choc chips - used 250g chopped Valrhona, ak gune 4 jenis choc; Hershey, Goya White Choc, Cooking choc n choc chip
1 cup chopped pecans (opt) -ak omitted


Method:
Sift flour, BP & salt in a large bowl. Set aside.
Combine butter & sugar using a mixer until blended.
Add eggs, one at a time to sugar mixer, mixing on low in btw each
addition
Add vanilla & mix
Add flour & mix until combined
Stir in choc chips & then pecans
Coat a 13 x 9 & spread batter evenly into dish
Bake at 170c for 30mins/ till top is golden brown
*Don't overbake!!

Lapis Legit Chocolate

tgh gile melapis ni la jd nye..tp xbpe nk jd ak melapis..huhu..sbb ni 2nd time ak melapis..ak kalu wt pape 4 the 1st time menjd..2nd time msti xbpe nk menjd..sabo jela..resepi tgk kt umh kak Rima..klik sini..ak suke tgk resepi2 die..best!!! cume 1 je..byk sgt telur..ak lak jenis yg xsuke gune byk telur..sbb kbykn kek yg ak wt, ak akn reduce kn telur..hehehe..wt kek lapis ni ak derhaka sket..kak rima gune egg whites, ak gune sume telur..mls nk asing2 kn..kt setiap layer ak ltk choc chip, wt cm kak Rima wt..tp ade layer yg ak letak choc hershey mint..so time mkn rse mint2 gitu..kakak ak kte "gle kentang sedap..berangin je tekak ak"..ni resepi die..

270g butter
1.5 tbsp condensed milk
450g egg whites - ak gune 10 biji telur
1/4 tsp salt
2 tsp emulsifier
180g sugar
115g HK flour - ak gune tepung gndum biase
25g milk
a drop yellow colouring
choc paste - ak gune choc emulco

  1. Preheat oven 175' C
  2. Whisk butter for 30mins & add in condensed milk
  3. Fold in sifted HK flour & milk powder - put aside
  4. Whisk egg whites, salt & emulsifier till fluffy. Add in sugar a little at a time & cont to whisk till soft peak
  5. Fold in egg whites mixture into butter mixture carefully
  6. Divide batter into equal part. Add choc paste to one part n yellow to another part
  7. Bake every layer (80g) using upper fire (grill). Bake last layer using upper n lower fire 150'C for 15mins..

salam..wt muffin ni tuk mkn2..lgpn da lme xmkn muffin..resepi ni dr mak lang azie..mmg sdp..moist lak tu..ak gune SRF..pndai2 sndri, pastu rse die mcm tlbih soda..padahal da kurgkn soda kot..xpe la..next time wt le adjust..kalu x try mne nk tau sesuai dgn tekak ke x..ye dak??dpt dlm 20++ biji..bwk sket p opis bg kwn2 rse..jom tgk resepi die..neway thanx mak lang sudi share recipe..

Bahan2:
A) 2 cwn tepung - ak gune SRF B) 2 cwn gula castor C) 3/4 cwn air pns
1 1/4 cwn serbuk koko 1 cwn minyak masak
2 sk BP - xltk sbb da gune SRF 1 cwn susu cair/segar
2 sk soda - ak ltk 1 1/2 je 3 biji telur
3 sudu teh nescafe
sedikit garam

Cara2:
1) Campurkan semua bhn B & letak ke tepi
2) Ayakkan tepung bersama serbuk koko, BP & soda
3) Campurkan semua bhn A dlm mangkuk besar
4) Masukkan bhn B ke dlm A & kacau rata
5) Masukkan air panas ke dlm adunan td & gaul rata
6) Bakar pd suhu 175 C selama 20min
