Lapis Legit Chocolate

tgh gile melapis ni la jd nye..tp xbpe nk jd ak melapis..huhu..sbb ni 2nd time ak melapis..ak kalu wt pape 4 the 1st time menjd..2nd time msti xbpe nk menjd..sabo jela..resepi tgk kt umh kak Rima..klik sini..ak suke tgk resepi2 die..best!!! cume 1 je..byk sgt telur..ak lak jenis yg xsuke gune byk telur..sbb kbykn kek yg ak wt, ak akn reduce kn telur..hehehe..wt kek lapis ni ak derhaka sket..kak rima gune egg whites, ak gune sume telur..mls nk asing2 kn..kt setiap layer ak ltk choc chip, wt cm kak Rima wt..tp ade layer yg ak letak choc hershey mint..so time mkn rse mint2 gitu..kakak ak kte "gle kentang sedap..berangin je tekak ak"..ni resepi die..

270g butter
1.5 tbsp condensed milk
450g egg whites - ak gune 10 biji telur
1/4 tsp salt
2 tsp emulsifier
180g sugar
115g HK flour - ak gune tepung gndum biase
25g milk
a drop yellow colouring
choc paste - ak gune choc emulco

  1. Preheat oven 175' C
  2. Whisk butter for 30mins & add in condensed milk
  3. Fold in sifted HK flour & milk powder - put aside
  4. Whisk egg whites, salt & emulsifier till fluffy. Add in sugar a little at a time & cont to whisk till soft peak
  5. Fold in egg whites mixture into butter mixture carefully
  6. Divide batter into equal part. Add choc paste to one part n yellow to another part
  7. Bake every layer (80g) using upper fire (grill). Bake last layer using upper n lower fire 150'C for 15mins..
