Pandan Chiffon Cake






Salam hari rabu semua..Hari ni kite cuti a.k.a dapat MC sebab anak kite kena chicken pox..da masuk 10 hari Amani kena chicken pox..sian je kat die..nasib xmerengek and minta kite garu..n alhamdulillah kite da penah kena mse kecik2 dulu, kalu x confirm da warded..tau jela kalu org pregnant kan, takut effect kt baby.. wat kek cipon ni semalam..da lame teringin nk mkn tapi kemalasan kemelandaan..huhu..semalam kite p umah kakak kite tu yang bawak skali sebagai buah tangan..rasenye kali ni kite wat perfect..=) ..cume xtau nape still merekah sket..raseny mmg tip top..just nice je manis nye..Amani makan non stop..siap minta watkan lagi..Resepi copy umah Kak Rima..Minta halal resepi ny ye kak..


Ingredients
100 g Prima Flour Top Flour ( I used cake flour)- Kite guna superfine flour
1 tsp Baking Powder
1 tbsp Pandan Juice (I used 1 tsp of pandan paste)
100 ml Coconut Milk
4 Egg Yolks - Kite gune 5 egg yolks;nk senang keje..
50 ml Corn Oil
1/4 tsp Green Colouring
5 Egg Whites
1/4 tsp Cream of Tartar
100 g Castor Sugar
Pinch of Salt




Method
1)Preheat oven to 170°.

2)Extract pandan juice from finely pounded pandan leaves and add to coconut milk.

3)Add egg yolk, 50 g sugar, oil, colouring and salt to the coconut mixture. Mix well using hand whisk.

4)Sift PrimaFlour Top Flour and baking powder and fold into mixture. Mix until smooth. Set aside.

5)Beat egg whites and tartar at high speed until foamy. Add remaining 50 g sugar and
beat until stiff.

6)Add 1/3 beaten egg white to the yolk mixture and mix using a hand whisk.

7)Slowly fold in this mixture to the remaining 2/3 of beaten egg whites.

8)Pour mixture into an ungreased 18cm chiffon tin and bake for about 50mins.>> kite bake 40mins je

9)Turn tin over on a cake rack to cool before loosening cake.
