Cinnamon Pull Apart Bread

Salam pagi Sabtu..pagi ni nk share satu resepi roti yg best..ramai blogger yg da test power ny..kite je yg ketinggalan..huhu..even ketinggalan pn ok gak kot dr xde langsung..hihi..Resepi copy separuh dari kak Shidah separuh lagi kite taip..tengah rajin nk menaip..=)  ..Tq ye sebab share resepi yg sedap ni..Jom tengok resepi..


Ingredients:
2 3/4 cups plus 2 tbs tepung
1/4 cup gula kasar
2 1/4 sudu kecik yeast
1/2 sudu kecik garam
4 tbs butter
1/3 cup susu penuh krim
1/4 cup air
2 biji telur (size A)
1 sudu kecil Vanilla extract

For the Filling

1 cup gula kasar - i used brown sugar

2 sudu kecil serbuk kayu manis (cinnamon)

1/2 sudu kecil serbuk buah pala (nutmeg)

4 tbs butter - dicairkan sehingga menjadi brown

Method:
1. Dalam mangkuk yang besar, campurkan 2 cups tepung, sugar, yeast, and salt. Ketepikan
2. Pukul telur, ketepikan
3. Dalam small saucepan, campurkan susu dan mentega, panaskan sehingga mentega cair. Ketepikan dan masukkan air dan vanilla extract. Biarkan seketika sehingga mixture menjadi suam2 kuku.
4. Tuangkan mixture susu dan mentega tadi kedalam bahan kering, kacau dengan senduk. Masukkan telur dan kacau lagi. Add 3/4 cup tepung, dan uli sehingga sebati. The dough will be sticky. Masukkan dough kedalam mangkuk besar yang telah di gris dengan butter/minyak. Tutup dengan kain atau cling wrap, biarkan sehingga dough naik 2 kali ganda.

note : dough yang the naik, boleh disimpan di dalam peti semalaman, dan diguna keesokan hari. (I skipped this)

Sementara menunggu dough naik, campurkan gula, serbuk kayu manis dan serbuk buah pala di dalam mangkuk. Langkah seterusnya, boleh ikut the pictures below. 










1) Dough dibahagi kepada dua dan dibiarkan selama 5 minit..
2) Tumbuk dough untuk mengeluarkan angin.
3) Canaikan dough dengan rolling pin.
4) Sapukan dough dengan butter yang telah dicairkan.
5) Taburkan campuran brown sugar, cinnamon powder dan serbuk buah pala.
6) Potong dough kepada 5 atau 6 bahagian yg sama besar.
7) Tompok/ tindan bahagian2 yang telah dipotong tadi
8) Potong dough kepada 6 bahagian yanag sama lagi
9) Setelah dough dipotong dalam step 8, boleh susun dalam loaf pan seperti dibawah. Gris the pan dengan butter dan tepung.
10) Bila dough dah naik 2 kali ganda, bolehla dimasukkan kedalam oven yang telah dipanaskan.

Place a rack in the center of the oven and preheat to 350 degrees F. Place loaf in the oven and bake for 30 to 35 minutes, until the top is very golden brown. The top may be lightly browned, but the center may still be raw. A nice, dark, golden brown will ensure that the center is cooked as well.


Remove from the oven and allow to rest for 20 to 30 minutes. Run a butter knife around the edges of the pan to loosen the bread and invert onto a clean board. Place a cake stand or cake plate on top of the upside down loaf, and carefully invert so it’s right side up. Serve warm with coffee or tea.







p/s: Sorry tulisan mix..tp roti ni memang best la..Kak Ika  Arah kate nak tau jd ke x dough tu kite boleh stack kn die..End product xdapat nk tunjuk sebab rentung, breastfeeding kan Amani pastu terlelap..tp bahagian yg xrentung tu sedap je..hehe..

Memancing Di Hujung Minggu

Last week balik kg..last minute planning..balik kampung petang sabtu after Asar..tibe2 tergerak hati nk balik lak..Hubby pn ade so no worries la nk drive keta..balik singgah  makan soto kt Tonggak 10 Sg Besar..ok la, tp xsesedap dulu..Hubby kite terkejut ingat makcik tu salah kire..yela soto standard kt shah alam RM4-RM5..kt situ bru RM2.50 je..eh melalut lak cite pasal hrga soto.cakap pasal memancing ni, .ibu kite join pertandingan memancing hari ahad tu..xmenang pn..tp semangat memancing tu ade..xcaye tgk gambo kt bawah nun..hehe..muke happy je..siap ade gaye pemancing berjaya..kite pn kecik2 suke memancing..kire budak parit la mancing ikan tu perkare biase da..pegang cacing pn ok je..xde geli2 ye..banyak cite kalau cakap pasal zaman budak2..sabtu ni besday ibu kite yg ke -70..nk wt kek pe ye tuk ibu??akan difikirkan..k la..ade keje nk wt ni..daa...

opah Amani yg kanan tu..masih sihat di usia 70 tahun..alhamdulillah..

Kerabu Tomato Ikan Bilis



Sumber Resipi: Kak Ika 

Bahan-bahan:

  • 2 biji tomato - buang empulurnya n dihiris
  • Segenggam ikan bilis goreng (bilis yg dh dikupas)
  • 1/2 biji bwg besar - dihiris
  • 3-4 biji cili padi (bergantung thp kepedasan) - dihiris
  • 1 btg serai - dihiris   - (xletak, lupe..hehe)
  • Garam
  • Gula
  • Jus lemon - optional
  • Pak aji - klu suka
  • Sy tambah 5 helai daun limau purut yg di racik halus
  • Harus ada nampla>> yg ni kita tambah - (xletak gak)
  • 1/2 biji epal hijau>>yg ni kite tambah

Cara-cara

Ikan bilis goreng tumbuk kasar. Kemudian gaulkan semua bhn2. perasakan ngan garam dan gula. Klu nak lebih masam bleh letak jus lemon lebih. (Cara kite gaul semua bahan2 pastu letak bahan perasa, last baru letak ikan bilis;kite xtumbuk just letak gitu je..) senang, memang menu diet..makan camtu pun sedap..Selamat Mencuba!!!

Cinnamon Swirl Buttermilk Pound Cake


Made this pound cake last two month if i'm not mistaken..so lazy to post it..I'm  really sorry..The best pound cake i had tested..and this recipe would be a keeper..munching it not only a slice but all in the pictures by my self..too heaven..too moist..can't stop it..Get this recipe from Kak Rima Sg..Thanx a lot and I copied the recipe for my future reference ya..





Cinnamon Swirl Buttermilk Pound Cake

Cinnamon Streusel Swirl( I omit this step)
1/2 cup (60g) All purpose flour
1/3 cup (72g) Firmly packed light brown sugar
1/4 tsp Ground Cinnamon
Pinch of salt
3 tbsp(42g)Unsalted butter - melted

Buttermilk Pound Cake
2 cups (242g) All purpose flour
1/2 cup (57g) Cake flour
1 tsp Baking powder
1/4 tsp Baking soda
1/4 tsp Salt
1/8 tsp Ground cardamom - didnt add
1cup (227g) Unsalted butter, softened
2 cups (400g) Castor sugar (I used 380g)
3 large Eggs
2 tsp Vanilla Extract
1 tsp Finely grated orange zest
1cup (240ml) Butter Milk

Method :
1. Preheat oven to 170C / 325F. If using a bundt pan, grease the inside of a 10inch bundt pan with butter and dust it with flour. I used a loaf pan and lined it with baking paper and two mini bundt pans

2. In a small bowl, whisk together the dry ingredients of the Cinnamon swirl. Add the melted butter and stir until blended and crumbly.

3. Sift together the flours, baking powder, baking soda, salt and cardamom into a medium bowl. Whisk to combine and set aside.

4. Using a paddle attachment, cream butter for 2 mins at medium speed in a mixer until very creamy. (2mins) Gradually add in the sugar and continue beating at medium high speed until pale and light. (4mins)

5. At medium speed, add in eggs one at a time and mix to incorporate eggs well.

6. Add vanilla extract and orange zest. Add in the flour in 3 portions, alternating it with milk (2 additions). Mix until just combined.

7. Scrape half of the batter into the prepared pan and smooth it into an even layer. Sprinkle the streusel mixture evenly over the batter. Scrape the remaining batter on top and smooth it into an even layer.

8. Bake the cake for 65 to 75mins, until the cake tester inserted into the center comes out clean.

9. Cool the cake for 15 mins before turing out the cake to cool completely.

Oreo Brownies


Assalamualaikum semua..ni dessert lame..lame xlame la..wt bulan march hari tu..bru hati ni nk tayang..maaf kn tuan umah ye..nk on9 pun kene kt opis je..kt umah mmg xdpt la kn..kang si Amani sibuk nk Upin Ipin je..update sementara nk tggu balik..Oreo brownies ni mmg terbek la..heaven sgt..bagi 3 potong kt Kak Oya kite..beberape hari lepas tu die msg kite ckp "dik, ngences la brownies ko..nk lg..da mcm  kartika sari rasenye.." Kartika Sari kateny..tp mmg lebih sdp dr kartika kot..hehehe..perasan masuk bakul..pastu last week die call lg mintak wt kan..sbb kite bg die sket sgt..then da dpt die msg lg"perghh mmg sedap siot brownies ko..ngences makan.." Kakakku oh kakak ku..so hari ni nk share resipi yg marvellous ni..plus da lame raseny xshare resipi..jom tgk ape bahan2 ny..kite taip sket n copy paste dr kak Yani..Tq ye..minta halal untuk dikongsi bersama..





Ingredients:
225g butter
240g cooking chocolate, I used Beryl's
3 grade A eggs
1 tsp coffee pewder, I used normal Nescafe
1 tsp vanilla
250g caster sugar
60g flour
40g cocoa powder, I used Valrhona( tq Kak Rima)
1 1/2 tsp baking powder, I used 1 tsp double action baking powder
1 tsp salt
1 1/2 packet Oreo biscuits, I used 1 packet which I crushed with their cream


Method
1.Melt butter and chocolate. I melted butter on slow fire, turned off fire and added my chocolates and stir until all were melted and incorporated. Let them cool a bit.

2.Add sugar, vanilla, and coffee powder. Add eggs one by one, stir until well mixed.

3.Add sifted flour, baking powder and salt.

4.Stir in crushed Oreos biscuits!...no...I diligently added them all into the batter,and managed to refrain myself from popping one or two into my mouth! hehe! 

5.Grease and line a 10inch square cake tin with baking paper...which I couldn't find last night, and bake in a preheated oven at 180C for about 25 mins.
