Ingredients:
250g butter
3/4 cups castor sugar - ak gune 1/2 cup je
2 cups SRF
5 eggs grada A - ak gune 3 je
1 cup mashed bananas - ak gune pisang restali
1/2 tsp BS
1 tsp EV
150g semi sweet cooking choc - ak gune choc rice
Method:
1) Preheat oven AT 175C. Sieve flour.If not using self raising flour you can use plain flour +1 tsp baking powder
2) Add bicarbonate of soda into mashed bananas and mix well put aside.
3) Beat butter till white and add in sugar. Beat till sugar dissolved.
4) Add eggs one by one beat till creamy.
5) Add in vanilla essence and mashed bananas, stir well.
6) Fold flour bit by bit till finish.
7) Add in chocolate and fold again slowly, don't fold too much as the chocolate will melt.
