Takoyaki



Salam kembali semua dari tuan rumah..

Da lame betul rasenye x update blog..Virus 'M' melanda dengan teruknya..huhu..bukak blog rajin tp bab nk update tu mmg la lemah tol..macam xde idea pn ade..padahal banyak je yang nk diceritakan..gambar pn bertimbun2..doa2 la kite rajin ye..Hari ni nk tayang menu orang Jepun..tp da jd feberet kite anak beranak..wt pn sebab teringin plus da dapat stok bonito flake plus kwn kite teringin nk makan..mase puase tu die siap tanye kalu  jual kire cmne..macam lawak je..sebab kite mane penah jual..hehe..Terima kasih banyak2 wat Kak Ika kite yang berada nun jauh kt Bangkok tu sebab sudi kirim kan..pastu dala xmao kite bayar..Semoga Allah melimpah ruahkan rezeki Kak Ika sekeluarga..Ameen.

Resepi amek umah kak Ika gak..Minta halal ye kak kite copy paste resepi yg sedap ni..sebenarnya da banyak kali kite wat ni..yg ni kali ke 7 kot..kalu xsilap la..penah gak guna resepi kak Hana..dua2 sedap..tp yg kak Ika punya ni senang, xyah nk kluarkan timbang..dasar pemalas sangat kan..=)  ..JOm tengok pe bahan2 die..selamat mencube..



Ingredients:
1 2/3 cup flour
2 1/2 cup dashi soup
2 eggs
1/2 lb. boiled octopus, cut into bite-size pieces - kite gune crab stick slalunye..
1/4 cup chopped green onion - xletak pun yg ni..
1/4 cup dried sakura ebi (red shrimp)
1/4 cup chopped pickled red ginger
*For toppings:
Tenkasu(serdak lebihan selepas menggoreng tenpura)
katsuobushi (dried bonito flakes)
aonori (green seaweed powder)
Worcestershire sauce or takoyaki sauce - Kite x gune, kite guna cara kak Hana( sos tiram + kicap manis + sos cili sket)..
mayonnaise



Preparation:

Mix flour, dashi soup, and eggs in a bowl to make batter. Thickness of the batter should be like potage soup. Put oil inside cups of a takoyaki grill pan. Pour batter into the cups to the full. Put octopus, red ginger, and green onion in each hole. Grill takoyaki balls, turning with a pick. When takoyaki become rounds and brown, remove them from the pan and place in a plate. Put sauce and mayonnaise on takoyaki and sprinkle bonito flakes and aonori on the top.
*makes 4 servings

  1. Salam ria, akak belum lg buat takoyaki sejak puasa sampai skrg, tp dah 2 org tyg takoyaki haish! Ari ahad ni ler buat dgn budak2 :D termengidam pulak tgk takoyaki ria ni :D
