Apam Salju


Malam ni terajin sket..sbb mulut mngidam nak mkn kuih apam..teringat2 kuih apam mse bce yassin kt ofis..lembut je..Resepi asal dr umah Kak Hana..Aku amik dari blog Kak Rima..Tq both of you..lembut je apam ni..tp bagi ak agak berat sket apam ni..nk blaja wat apam dgn Kak Lin xmenyempat lagi..kakak ak yg tuh bakul kuih..hehe.oppss..promote akak sndiri lak..Resepi ak tempek kt bwh nun..

Ingredients:
3 cups rice flour
1 cup flour
2 cups granulated sugar
1 package baker's yeast mauripan @ (11 g)
2 cups cooked rice
3 cups water
1/2 grated coconut steamed and a pinch of salt

Method:
1) Put all above ingredients except the cooked rice and wate
r into the container. Mix well and set aside briefly
2) Grind cooked rice with water until smooth
3) Pour rice and water into flour mixture and stir still combined
4) Let it set for an hour. ( use clingwrap to over the top of the container)
5) Meanwhile..heat ur steamer. Lightly oil the molds.
6) Pipe in batter into each mold..steamed it for about 15mins over medium heat.

    You ada black belt in making cakes I guess.
    Ada lagi? 5 pieces with iced coffee sedap best, ha ha.
