Chocolate Bottom Banana Square


Salam sume..lame gile x mengupdate..bz memanjang..ade je halangan..dgn nenek yg meninggal, amani yg demam bpjgn, exam lg..alhamdulillah sume ny da kembali ok..amani pn da ok sket lps minx kn ubt kampung last sunday..tp mlm lps ubtkn die tu le lak die tmenung..ak pnggil cm xsdr je..bile ak raupkan dgn air ubt tu bru la sdr..risau tol tgk die..minx2 trus ok la..jgn ade bnda yg x diingini blaku lg..tp slalunye yg kite xnk tu la yg tjd..huhu..
Long story short la ye..wt mende mknn ni pg td..mmg tgh plan nk menghabiskan pisang berangan yg byk tu n nk membusuk..dok blog walking tjumpe resepi ni kt umh kak Yatt..klik sini..apalagi trus print resepi la..Thanx kak Yatt 4 sharing the recipe..mmg sodap wa ckp sama lu..jom tgk resepi yg mudah ni..

Ingredients:
1/2 cup butter
1 cup sugar-ak gune 1/2 cup je
1 egg
1 tsp vanilla
1 1/2 cups mashed banana(8 biji pisang berangan + 1/3 cup fresh milk-blend)
1 1/2 cups flour-ak gune superfine
1 tsp BP
1 tsp BS
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 cup baking cocoa
1 cup choc chips




Method:
1) In mixing owl, cream butter and sugar.Add egg, vanilla, and bananas, beating thoroughly.
2) In a separate bowl, combine flour, BS, BP and salt.Add to creamed mixture and mix well.
3) Divide batter in half. Add cocoa to one portion of the batter. Spread that portion in the bottom of a greased 9x13-inch baking dish.Spoon remaining batter on top, swirling gently wit
h butter knife if desired, and sprinkle with choc chip.
4) Bake at 350 degrees for 30mins or until batter tests done with toothpick or fork.Cool and cut into 24 squares.
