Pandan Chiffon Cake


Assalamualaikum dan selamat pagi.. Hari ni nk share resepi kek chiffon pandan yg mabeles..Da lame gile buat, baru hari ni rajin nak share kt blog..ampun..Kek feberet seisi keluarga especially en suami. Meh tgk resepi meh dan utk rujukan tuan tanh di masa akan datang.

Resepi: Alex Goh

Bahan-bahan:
5 biji kuning telur
30g gula
50g minyak sayuran
83g tepung gandum
70g cecair (30g jus pandan  + 40g santan) - kite guna air masak tambah 1tsp pandan paste koepo2


5 biji putih telur
70g gula
1/2 tsp cream tar tar - kite tambah

Cara Membuat:

1) Panaskan oven pada suhu 170 C
1) Satukan gula dan kuning telur. Kacau hingga sebati.
Masukkan minyak diikuti dengan jus pandan
2) Masukkan campuran santan dan air. kacau rata
3) Masukkan tepung dan kacau sebati. ketepikan.
5) Pukul putih telur hingga berbuih. 
6) Masukkan krim tartar
6) Masukkan gula sedikit demi sedikit hingga habis.
7) Pukul lagi hingga bertanduk.
8) Masukkan 1/3 adunan putih telur ke dalam adunan kuning telur. kacau rata.
9) Masukkan baki putih telur dan kacau adunan menggunakan kaedah kaup balik
11) Bakar selama 40mins atau hingga masak

Lamington Cake


Mood rajin cmni la..Harap korang xjemu la dengan resepi2 kek yang akan disharekn kt cni..Ai kn minat baking..Baking is my passion katenye..hehe..

190g unsalted butter, softened(I used 200gm coz I'm too lazy to weigh the butter)
1 cup (220g) caster sugar
2 tsp vanilla-bean paste (see note) or vanilla extract (I used 1 tbs of vanilla extract)
3 eggs(large eggs)
2 1/3 cups (350g) self-raising flour, sifted
1 cup (250ml) milk
220g dark chocolate
1 cup (250ml) thickened cream I dont have cream, I substituted with condensed milk)
1 cup desiccated or shredded coconut Method



Preheat the oven to 170°C. Grease and line a 20cm-square cake pan. Whisk butter and sugar in a bowl for 2 minutes until light. Add 1 tbs vanilla. Add eggs one at a time, whisking after each until just combined. In 3 alternating batches, add flour and milk, beat to combine. Pour into pan and bake for 55-60 minutes until a skewer inserted in centre comes out clean. Cool for 5 minutes, then turn onto a rack to cool completely.
Meanwhile, stir chocolate, cream and remaining vanilla in a heatproof bowl over simmering water until smooth (don't let the bowl touch water). Chill for 20 minutes to thicken. Spread this icing over the cake, then sprinkle top and sides with coconut. Then cut into squares.

Black & White Chocolate Brownies




Assalamualaikum follower2 ku sekelian. .Tengah mood rajin nk share resepi yang sedap dan terbaik..cewahhh..Da lame wat brownies yg enak ni tp baru hari ni rajin nk upload kt cni..Nampak sedap kan..Kalu dapat rase mesti lg best..ye x??hihi..Jom godek resepi kt dapur sape2 yg ade cheese kt esbok tu..resepi amek kt blog indon Mbak Hesti..Makasih atas perkongsian nya mbak..bole klik cni..







Bahan2:
200g dark choc - chopped
175g butter
2 cup gula castor
5 biji telur
3/4 cawan tepung
1/8 sdt garam
500g cream cheese, suhu bilik - 400g pn ok
1sdt vanilin

Cara:
1) Sediakan loyang 23-25cm
2) Cairkan choc, Biarkan suam (jgn sampai sejuk nanti jadi bergentel)
3) Pukul butter dan 1 3/4 cawan gula hingga pucat dan kembang
4) Tambah 3 biji telur, pukul sampai rata. Masukkan colat yg telah dicairkan dan kacau rata.
5) Masukkan tepung, garam dan kacau rata..Ketepikan 1 cawan adunan untuk marble.
6) Tuang adunan dalam loyang dan ratakan.
7) Pukul cheese dan 1/4 cawan gula. Tambah telur dan vanilin, pukul rata.
8) Tuang dan ratakan atas adunan choc.
9) Bakar selama 55-60mins.

Deep Chocolate Sour Cream Pound Cake

Deep Chocolate Sour Cream Pound Cake
from Tish Boyle’s The Cake Book

1.5 cups (181g) all-purpose flour
1/2 cup (57g) cake flour
1 cup (92g) Dutch-processed cocoa powder
2.25 teaspoons baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1.5 cups (340g) unsalted butter, softened
2.5 cups (500g) granulated sugar - i used 430g
4 large eggs
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
1 cup (242g) sour cream

Position a rack in the center of the oven and preheat the oven to 325 degrees F. Grease the inside of a 10-inch Bundt pan. Dust with flour. - I baked it on the lowest rack for 150C

Sift the flours, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt into a medium bowl. Set aside.

In a bowl of an electric mixer, using the paddle attachment, beat the butter at medium speed until very creamy, about 2 minutes. Gradually beat in the sugar. Increase the speed to medium-high and beat until the mixture is well-blended and light, about 4 minutes. At medium speed, beat in the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition and scraping down the sides of the bowl as necessary.

In a small bowl, stir the vanilla extract into the sour cream. If your mixer has a splatter shield attachment, attach it now. At the low speed, add the dry ingredients to the butter mixture in 3 additions, alternating with the sour cream mixture in 2 additions and mixing just until blended. Scrape the batter into the prepared pan and smooth the top.

Bake the cake for 65 to 75 minutes, until a cake tester inserted into the center comes out clean. Cool the cake in the pan on a wire rack for 15 minutes. Then invert the cake onto the rack and let it cool completely.

Assalamualaikum semua..berhabuk sungguh blog ai ni.. lame terbiar..xde mood nk memblog ( padahal memang bukan blogger yg aktif pn)..lol..xtau nk start cmne sebenarnye..sejak@ ade ig ni kn..meh belanje gambo cuti2 medan last year..
